I believe that competitive advantage starts with leadership. Who we work with, more than anything else, determines our personal and professional development.

I am a business practitioner.

I have over a dozen years of experience in strategic management roles in HR structures, both in Polish companies and corporations, as well as hundreds of hours spent in training rooms, strategic sessions, and recruitment processes at the highest management level.

  • Over 14 years of experience in strategic HR process management in large Polish and international companies
  • Over 16 years of experience in defining candidate profiles and verifying top managers and experts
  • Lecturer in postgraduate studies in HR management

Values were the foundation for the creation of HR Consulting Anna Świsłocka and to this day they set the standard for my cooperation with clients.
