About me

Human capital in the hands of a professional

I believe in the power of authenticity, care, and genuine relationships – even in the business world.

Connection with others gives me energy, and alignment between what I think, say, and do is my foundation.

For years, I’ve been working with executive teams and managers, supporting their conscious development grounded in values and measurable goals. I focus on actions that genuinely impact leadership style, the quality of decision-making, and team relationships – always in the context of the organization’s strategic goals and challenges.

From experience, I know that there are no “bad employees” – only mismatched roles. That’s why I design and lead processes that uncover talents, develop potential, and support leaders in making conscious decisions. My work is focused on creating value – for both people and organizations.

For years, I served as Head of HR. At the age of 42, I made a conscious decision to change direction. I left a stable career path to follow what truly matters to me.

That’s why projects carried out with me:

  • build strong teams, because even the most competent individual can’t achieve the results that a well-coordinated, collaborative team can deliver,
  • inspire commitment and goal achievement,
  • strengthen the organization’s intellectual capital through the conscious discovery and use of employee talents – “the right people in the right roles”.

Today, I support leaders and organizations in work that truly matters. I operate with effectiveness, mindfulness, and respect – both for people and for the values I stand by.

The people you work with determine your growth – and that of your entire organization – more than anything else.

On a Personal Note

Who am I?

Privately, I am a mother of three children – two adult sons and a teenage daughter. Family has always been the most important value to me. Even during the most intense moments of my professional life, I made sure to stay close to them – to talk, listen, and support them.

I believe that what we sow, we will one day reap. Now, I proudly watch my children grow up, embodying the values that shaped their upbringing.

Our home smells of baked cakes and cooked meals. It is full of conversation, laughter, and energy, sometimes like an Italian family, because we all have strong personalities :-). We love spending time together – talking, playing games, cycling, traveling.

Close, authentic relationships – family and friends – are the essence of life for me. I know from those close to me that I can be a true, loyal friend – offering honesty, commitment, loyalty, and a sense of humor.
