Professional potential assessment

The proprietary Development Center method is based on three precise diagnostic tools that comprehensively assess the professional potential of study participants. The method consists of:

  • a psychometric test based on the American Career Direct and/or IKnowMyDesign professional profiling method,
  • a behavioral interview allowing for an in-depth analysis of the participant’s behavior,
  • practical tasks tailored to the position level, enabling the analysis of the participant’s competencies and skills in a professional environment.

The assessment is always tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
As a consultant, I conduct a detailed analysis of requirements, which allows me to recommend the most appropriate form of professional potential assessment, fully responding to the defined priorities of the organization.
The assessment may use all three tools or some of them, depending on the specifics and objectives of the project.
