The team report allows for an in-depth analysis of teamwork, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Based on this, the organization receives specific recommendations for improving teamwork, communication, and team effectiveness.
Process:
- One-to-one sessions with survey participants
Each team member participates in an individual meeting with a consultant, where we discuss the results of their DISC report. The purpose of these sessions is to fully understand individual preferences and work styles, which allows for a better understanding of the impact of the individual on teamwork.
- Team meeting
The team meeting, which lasts two to three hours, consists of presenting the results of the team survey, including observations on the dynamics of cooperation and communication within the team, and proposing recommendations for improving cooperation and communication, tailored to the specific needs of the team.
- Final report
After the meetings, the client receives an individual and team report containing a full analysis of the results and recommendations for the team and organization. The report provides specific recommendations to be implemented in order to improve the effectiveness of cooperation.
- Solution workshops
Additionally, there is the possibility of conducting a workshop that allows for the development of specific solutions to be implemented in the organization.
As an iKMD trainer, I moderate this process, focusing on overcoming the problems that prompted the organization to conduct the study. The aim of the workshop is to develop specific actions and strategies to be implemented, which will allow for lasting improvements in teamwork and team effectiveness.
