What is the Career Direct assessment?
Career Compass helps you understand how your personality, interests, skills, and values can influence your career. By using it, you can be sure that you are making career decisions based on a comprehensive analysis of your aptitudes. With Career Direct, you don’t just choose a profession—you create a coherent and passionate career path that reflects your unique characteristics and needs.
Unlike many traditional tests, which focus primarily on analyzing an individual’s behavior, Career Direct examines four key areas that are fundamental to making informed career decisions:
- Personality – identifies character traits and how you function in the workplace.
- Interests – indicates areas that naturally attract the user and can become the foundation of a career.
- Skills – identifies strengths and areas for further development.
- Values – takes into account priorities and beliefs that are important in both personal and professional life.
The participant’s responses are analyzed by computer, and the results provide accurate information that supports career planning and professional decision-making.
Thanks to its holistic approach, Career Direct not only identifies professional aptitudes, but also helps match these aptitudes to appropriate development paths that will be consistent with the user’s natural talents and life goals.
How I work with individual clients in the career change process:
- Initial conversation – understanding needs and getting to know each other
We arrange a phone or online meeting during which the client gets to know me as a coach—my style, approach, and way of working. I explain what the Career Direct assessment entails, walk them through the entire process, and outline the terms of our cooperation. - Online psychometric test
The client takes an online test (approx. 1 hour) that analyzes their personality, interests, skills, and values, providing a complete picture of their professional potential. - Report analysis and preparation of recommendations
Based on the results, I prepare preliminary recommendations for possible career paths tailored to the client’s profile. - Online meeting – discussion of results
During a 2.5-hour session, we discuss the report in detail. Together, we analyze the results and create a plan for further professional development. At the end, the client receives a task to work on independently. - Sharing reports
After the meeting, I share the research report and an additional document with the developed career development directions. - Online meeting – progress analysis – depending on the agreed process
A 1-hour session during which we analyze the results of the completed task together. I guide the client through the planning process, supporting them in consciously determining the next steps they decide to implement as part of their career change decision. - Additional coaching sessions – optional
Individual coaching sessions to support the client in achieving their planned career change goal.
