About me

Human Capital in proffessional hands

I believe in the power of authenticity, care, and genuine relationships, including in the business world.

Connection with others gives me energy, and consistency between what I think, say and do, is my foundation.

For years, I have been working with boards and managers, supporting them in conscious development based on values and measurable goals. I focus on actions that have a real impact on leadership style, quality of decision-making, and team relationships — always in the context of the organization’s strategic goals and challenges.

From experience, I know that there are no “bad employees” – only mismatched roles. Therefore, I implement processes that discover talents, develop potential, and support leaders in making conscious decisions. My actions are concentrated on creating value – both for people and for organizations.

For years, I served as the head of HR. At the age of 42, I made a conscious decision to change. I gave up a stable career path to pursue what was really important to me.

This is why projects I lead:

  • build teams, as even the most capable individual cannot match the outcomes that an effectively cooperating team can achieve,
  • inspire commitment and goal achievement,
  • strengthen the intellectual capital of the organization through the conscious discovery and utilization of employee talents – “the right people in the right places.”

Today, I support leaders and organizations in actions that truly matter. I work effectively, with mindfulness and respect – both for people and for the values I uphold.

On a Personal Note

Who am I?

Privately, I am a mother of three children – two adult sons and a teenage daughter. Family has always been the most important value to me. Even during the most intense moments of my professional life, I made sure to stay close to them – to talk, listen, and support them.

I believe that what we sow, we will one day reap. Now, I proudly watch my children grow up, embodying the values that shaped their upbringing.

Our home smells of baked cakes and cooked meals. It is full of conversation, laughter, and energy, sometimes like an Italian family, because we all have strong personalities :-). We love spending time together – talking, playing games, cycling, traveling.

Close, authentic relationships – family and friends – are the essence of life for me. I know from those close to me that I can be a true, loyal friend – offering honesty, commitment, loyalty, and a sense of humor.
